Victoria Gardens
Situated just outside the Leeds library, these large chess boards are available to play on throughout the year. Anyone can come and play and the boards attract regulars in just about all weather! The area has been regenerated recently by Leeds City Council. There are now smaller chessboards embedded into some of the stone borders of the Victoria Gardens area. Also, the large chessboards have received something of a make-over. |
